Because the game is out now, I'm sure the forum is soon to be littered with new and repetitive topics; here is a general question and answer thread for your basic needs in the new Wii game.

I'll get the ball rolling:
WHERE ARE THE FREAKING HAMMER AND FISHING ROD?!

Okay, the Hammer is by the big rock with melody in the first part of the whale island cave.

Here's my problem. According to Ranch Story to get the axe you have to talk to stella after you get the kitchen. But, to get the kitchen you need lumber that you can't get without the axe. See my problem? Oh, and who is the peddler?

You get the fishing rod from Cinamon when she is fishing in the river.

I got the axe by talking to Stella in church. I didnt have a kitchen. The peddler comes to town on holidays selling.... Stuff.

How do you upgrade your farm tools? I got a forge and you can't do it there.

Stargazing is on the mountain path. Look at your map. It will say observatory.

Oh, the Peddler is a dude. Not a chick.

Thanks man, oh if you want to upgrade your tools you have to do it yourself. Get the forge from Lute and talk to Ganesha. She says she wants people to do that stuff themselves, but I think she is just lazy.

Oh yeah, which is the first dungeon. I have two unlocked. Is it the first part of whale island or the one in front of Mist's house?

Oh. Witchie, I didnt see your post. You should be able to find the intros in ranch storys' heroine section. Ill tell you what I know.

You should know Anette and Mist. (Cause they're automatic)

Rosseta. You can find her at your shipping bin at 5:00 as soon as the game starts, but for her anime sequence. You go to the store she opens at spring 14

Lara. On the second day forwards. Talk to Stella. She'll tell you Mist is sick. So you go to her house and visit her. Then, the next day, youll have the same cold and pass out. Triggering Laras intro.

Selphy. If you triggered Laras cutscene the next day Selphy will be in front of your house all sick, so you take her to Lara. The next day, you will trigger her cutscene if you go to the library.

Drop. After the clock tower opens. Wait about three days. And go inside. Inside there will be an old man called Kanno. He'll tell you to find his daughters. Then you walk out of the house and the scene will trigger.

Uzuki. On spring 13, walk into the inn at 9. Or at least thats what I did.

Bianca and Tabatha. Summer 2. But will leave in the fall if you dont get an elephant before then.

When you do the cheap cloth quest for Kanno, he'll reward you with a fire staff. From then on out you can raise your skill with it and such, and you can buy other staffs from Ganesha.

Find the axe when you talk to Stella in the church, try talking multiple times. Thats what I did.

Where can I find an Elephant?

I saw it on Whale Island after I bought a barn from Kross.... But a cutscene happened and it ran away (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif)
anyone know where it went or how to catch it?
