Well, you shouldn't necessarily have to be TOLD to give examples and such. You should already know to do that. No one will understand what you are trying to say if you just type things like : "do this and that, then add these". Add details, be descriptive. It's not Pre-school, just common sense. Not to sound rude, just making a point here.

I got another idea last night while playing my keyboard. For members who really do there part in helping the site grow, why don't you give them a special Tree Seed icon? The more a member contributes to the site and helps IT grow, the more the Seed Icon will grow into a Tree Icon. It'll be a step by step thing. Seed, sprout, sapling, etc, until it evolves into the final form. As far as the name of the tree a member grows, that can be up to you guy's. But it's not really meant to be a simple reward. A member has to REALLY help with the site before the seed icon is even given. Like giving out info on as many new/old games as possible, being on the site often, making faq's/guides for the site content, etc.

Hope it's taken into thought.

There should be a Big Dumb Jerk medal, and it should look like Jason's face, and Jason can have it. This way everyone will know Jason is a Big Dumb Jerk.

Yeah, but that takes us back to the idea of staff medals which no one seemed too keen on going into.

What can I say? The Big Dumb Jerk medal would look the coolest and everyone would be jealous.
