Jason typically hands them out, but I assume any of the admins could do it if you felt you deserved one and went to them.

I've done one medal, I don't think Saffy or Kozunai have. But, I do see your point. Although it's still weird to have them.

Darth isn't a girl if you've seen his pictures he posted. I think the Goddess chick was before they made the God chick, and those 2 are given it because they're the only ones who have them. They're just unique chick medals that way.

I believe nobody has it. It was just demanded, but I think it was retired before anyone could get it.
