Introduction
From the SNES to the N64, and now to the GameBoy Advance! Take control of a run-down farm that belonged to an old friend that has passed away. It’s your duty to raise livestock, grow crops, successfully find the girl you met long ago, raise a family, and make your farm the best farm it can be! Take part in festivals, and even connect with Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life for the GameCube and Harvest Moon DS to unlock even more -- in those games as well as this one!
Story
As a young boy living in the city, your parents decide to show you the country life because they believe it would be good for you. However, during the trip, you become lost, and find yourself on a farm in Mineral Town with an old man. He helps you contact your parents and offers to let you stay on the farm for a few days. He is a lonly old man with no children of his own. Your parents agree on letting you stay for a while...
After the trip, you continue to exchange letters with the old man...but afer the letters stop, you grow concerned about the old man's health. You return to Mineral Town only to find that the old man that had been writing you and had taken care of you.. had died. The Mayor asks if you would take care of his farm for him. You happily agree, and now you’re at the starting point of the rest of your life!
