Description
Though her parents, Simon and Barbara, run the General Store where Phoebe lives she doesn't help them with it. Instead, her love of inventing things often takes her to the mine in search of materials. Spending so much time in Ganache Mine cause her and Calvin to become friends and they may marry.
Introduction
Once Daren's Rainbow is completed Phoebe will be the fourth to arrive on the ferry. To meet her enter Ganache Mine after she's on the island.
